Not to be confused with the handbag company, this Mulberry is a property management company! After many years in the lettings and management industry the owner identified a niche in a section of the market looking after bespoke management projects.
We were tasked with creating an identity for the main company but that could also work for different sections of the business – the roof outlines icon was designed as the main brand identity, and the different colour versions for the different sectors, making sure the brand awareness stays strong, but that it is also clear that they offer multiple services.
The brand was developed into a full stationery set, material for contracts and information sheets and again a lovely new website. The team at Mulberry supplied us with great copy and some images. We worked with the copy to ensure strong organic SEO was in place and filled in with our own sourced images where needed to create a professional, cleaning looking website.
The client is delighted with the site, and maintains it is still their main source of enquiries. We are delighted with it also as it has created enquiries for us too, with people who are impressed by it!! Win: win!
